Q: What is Craftee?
A: Craftee is a DIY subscription box that delivers a curated craft project to you every month with everything you need to unleash your creativity, have fun and maybe even learn something new. We are a small business with a big heart in Austin, Texas.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Priority shipping is free in the U.S. 
Q: Will Craftee automatically renew?
A: Yes, you'll receive a new box every month. After your first month, your card will be charged on the 10th of the month and your box will ship no later than the 20th of the month. Pause, skip or cancel anytime.
Q: Can I cancel, pause or skip at any time?
A: Of course! Subscription is month-to-month and you can login to cancel, pause or skip whenever you need to. Cancel before the 10th of the month to avoid being charged for that month's box. If you cancel after the 10th, you will receive that month's box but will not receive future boxes. This cut-off date allows us to plan for inventory appropriately. 
Q: Can I gift a Craftee subscription?
A: Yes! You can find more information here.  
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Craftee Box is not returnable, but if there are any issues at all with your box, we will go above and beyond to make it right. Just reach out at greta@crafteediy.com.
